The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, but they felt a bit tired, with some flaky paint and very stained carpet. The bathroom was small and basic, needing some attention. Despite this, the room was comfortable. The service was a mix of lovely interactions and some rude and unhelpful encounters. The location was excellent for accessing the town center and amenities. The dining experience varied from poor quality to traditional meals. Overall, the facilities were functional. Pricing and value were based on location and services provided.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Pantiles and the railway station, making it easy to explore the town. While the rooms were spacious, they lacked some essential furniture and could benefit from a proper clean. Despite these minor issues, I am informed that we will be returning soon.
